Yes. Depending on the project, we can confirm or configure PCM / BMS, NTC, wires, wire length, connectors, polarity and related assembly details. The same cell can therefore be configured differently for different products.
New battery projects normally begin with sample validation in the customer's actual product. If the first sample needs adjustment, the configuration can be refined before mass production.
Samples can be adjusted when required, including changes to the PCM/BMS, NTC, connector, wire length, polarity or other configuration details. Multiple validation rounds can be carried out until the final battery configuration is confirmed. Small-batch production is also available when a project needs an intermediate step before mass production.
After sample approval, the confirmed cell, PCM/BMS, NTC, wires, connector, polarity, dimensions and key electrical parameters are recorded as the production reference for later batches and repeat orders. Changes that may affect the approved battery configuration are communicated and confirmed before implementation.
Quality control is carried out throughout the production process, not only before shipment. At different production stages, inspections are performed according to the applicable process requirements, including voltage, internal resistance, current, appearance, dimensions and related electrical performance.
Only products that meet the inspection requirements of the current production stage are allowed to move to the next process. This helps identify and isolate abnormalities where they occur instead of waiting until the entire batch is completed.
Before packaging and shipment, every finished battery is checked against the confirmed specification, including applicable checks for appearance, voltage, internal resistance, dimensions, connector, wires, polarity, PCM/BMS protection functions and assembly condition.
Every finished battery undergoes a full capacity test and a complete charge/discharge test.
A battery is released for packaging and shipment only after the required inspections and tests have been completed and the product meets the confirmed specification.
Each production batch has corresponding batch identification and related traceability information. Relevant production and inspection records can be reviewed when an abnormality is reported.
Battery model, production batch and relevant production and inspection records are reviewed to help determine whether the issue involves an individual unit or a wider batch.
Depending on the case, our engineers may review the cell, PCM/BMS, NTC, wires, connector, assembly, charging conditions, discharge conditions, operating environment and terminal device.
Test data, photos, videos and physical samples may be used when necessary. The objective is to identify the root cause, resolve the immediate issue and reduce the possibility of recurrence.
If an investigation confirms that an issue originates from our battery product, we take responsibility and work with the customer to identify the affected model, production batch, quantity and scope. Confirmed affected batteries can be replaced or supplemented, and corrective or improvement measures are implemented according to the investigation results.
